Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is for individuals who have experienced trauma, whether an event, a relationship, as a child, or through your profession, such as the military.  I find EMDR to be a helpful tool for working through trauma to experience a deeper sense of resolution.  EMDR is a technique used to reprocess traumatic events in the brain in a safe environment.  The purpose is to desensitize these experiences, which allows you the freedom to move forward in your journey versus continuing to repeat negative cycles or be triggered by past events.
